Summer break on the Baltic Sea

Do you dream of experiencing life aboard a traditional sailing ship up close? Or are you longing for a break on the water, far away from everyday life? Then come aboard the Zephyr and discover the thrill of sailing on the Baltic Sea!

On Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m., the crew will give you a warm welcome at the port of Stralsund. After you’ve settled into your cozy cabin, you’ll get to know the ship, the crew, and your fellow sailors—and before you know it, it’ll be time to cast off! Your sailing adventure begins.

Depending on the wind and weather, the captain sets a new route every day. This creates a varied mix of invigorating days of sailing and relaxing stops in picturesque harbor towns. If you’d like, you can actively pitch in: set the sails, learn how to tie knots, or take the helm—the crew will be happy to show you how it’s done and make you part of the team in no time.

You’ll spend your nights either safely in the harbor or—for a particularly atmospheric experience— at anchor under the starry sky. In the evenings, you’ll enjoy freshly prepared meals on board and spend time socializing in a small group—the perfect way to wind down the day with a view of the sea.

For your comfort, 2-person or 4-person cabins are available. Solo travelers can book a shared 2-person cabin. With a maximum of 16 participants, the atmosphere on board remains intimate and friendly.

On Tuesday morning, after one last breakfast, we’ll set off for Rostock, your port of destination. Enjoy the wind, the sun, and the gentle rocking of the Zephyr one last time before you disembark in the afternoon—taking with you many new experiences, stories, and unforgettable memories of your sailing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
