In early August, northern Brittany is at its most beautiful: long summer days, fresh sea air, and ideal conditions for a sailing trip. Come aboard the Zephyr and join us on a varied journey from Paimpol to the fascinating Channel Islands.

After the crew welcomes you and you’ve settled into your cabin, it won’t be long before we hear, “Cast off!” From the Breton coast, we’ll set sail for the Channel Islands, where a unique blend of British charm, French flair, and stunning natural beauty makes every visit special.

The wind determines the exact route. Perhaps we’ll explore the harbors of Jersey, the spectacular coastline of Guernsey, or the idyllic island of Sark. It is precisely this flexibility that makes a traditional sailing trip so appealing: every voyage is unique.

Anyone who wants to can actively participate in life on board— setting sails, steering, or helping with navigation. No prior experience is necessary; the experienced crew will be happy to teach you the basics of traditional sailing.

In the evenings, we enjoy the special atmosphere in small island harbors or while anchored in sheltered bays. Sharing meals, engaging in good conversation, and taking in the view across the water make these moments a special part of the trip.
