At the end of August, we’ll set sail aboard the Zephyr on a varied sailing trip from Paimpol to Cherbourg. Fresh sea air, exciting coastal landscapes, and the unique atmosphere of the English Channel await you.
On Tuesday evening, we’ll board the ship in Paimpol. After meeting the crew and settling into our cabins, we’ll have time to enjoy the evening in the harbor.
On Wednesday morning, it’s time to set sail! The exact route will be determined by the wind, weather, and tides. We’ll sail along the Breton coast and through the English Channel toward Cherbourg. Depending on conditions, we may even catch a glimpse of the fascinating Channel Islands along the way.
If you’d like, you can actively participate in sailing, take the helm, set the sails, or help with navigation. No prior experience is necessary—the experienced crew will show you everything you need to know.
In the evenings, we enjoy the special atmosphere on board, in small harbors, or at anchor. Sharing meals, good conversations, and unforgettable moments at sea are just as much a part of the trip as the sailing itself.
On Sunday We arrive in Cherbourg—with many new impressions and genuine The Feel of Sailing in my luggage.
Includes accommodations in double cabins, a board fund for meals (€200 per person, payable in cash on board), bed linens, port fees, and final cleaning
