The new sailing season is in full swing! Spend the Pentecost holidays aboard the Zuiderzee and enjoy a varied sailing trip to and from Kiel. Look forward to fresh sea air, wide horizons, and the special feeling of spending several days sailing together.
Around Pentecost, the Baltic Sea shows itself at its best: the days are long, nature is bursting with fresh greenery, and with a little luck, a brisk breeze awaits us for some exhilarating sailing. Depending on the wind and weather, we’ll set sail and head for the Baltic Sea coast. Our journey might take us along the Kiel Fjord, toward Denmark, or to other beautiful destinations in the western Baltic Sea. The exact route will take shape as we go—wind, weather, and conditions will determine our course.
On board, the motto is: Sail along and lend a hand! Together with the crew and the other sailors, you can actively participate in daily life on board—setting and trimming the sails, at the helm, or helping with deck maneuvers. No prior experience is required. Whether you already have sailing experience or are on board a larger sailing ship for the first time—everyone can contribute according to their abilities and experience the thrill of sailing.
The Pentecost sailing trip is more than just a journey from one port to the next. It’s about shared experiences, teamwork, and the freedom to leave everyday life behind for a few days. Sometimes sailing under full sail on the open Baltic Sea, other times leisurely cruising into a small harbor—every day brings new experiences.
On the Road Together
Life on board is also all about community. With the “hands-on” full-board option, meals are prepared together and then enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. After an eventful day of sailing, there’s time to reflect on the day and share stories about the day’s experiences.
Whether you’re enjoying a fresh breeze at the helm, sharing a meal together, setting sail or coming to anchor, or spending a cozy evening on deck—this Pentecost sailing trip offers the perfect opportunity to experience the Baltic Sea to the fullest and spend a few special days under sail.
Come along, hoist the sails, and spend Pentecost where the wind sets the course!
