You won’t soon forget this fantastic summer cruise on board the Oban. Together with the crew, you will set sail from Kiel – and set course for the Swedish capital Stockholm!
Twelve days full of sailing fun, sea air and maritime adventures await you. You can actively lend a hand on deck or simply enjoy the wide open spaces – whichever suits you best. You will quickly immerse yourself in everyday life on board and experience how relaxing and exciting life on a traditional tall ship can be.
You discuss the route with Captain Olaf, which is flexible depending on the wind and weather. Along the way, you will head for beautiful harbors in the Danish archipelago, along the Swedish archipelago coast and through impressive fairways on the way to Stockholm. Where exactly you dock is often decided spontaneously – in harmony with the wind, waves and the rhythm of the sea.
Together with your fellow sailors, you prepare delicious meals and a cozy, informal atmosphere quickly develops on board. Evenings are spent on deck or in the saloon – with good food, conversation or simply watching the sunset.
The ship’s owners Jolan and Olaf will make sure you feel at home from the very first moment. You will spend your nights in one of the lovingly furnished double cabins – comfortable, quiet and perfect for relaxing after an eventful day at sea.
Whether you already have sailing experience or are on board a traditional sailing ship for the first time – there is room on this trip for everyone who enjoys real sailing, nature and community. As the ship sometimes anchors and you will be taken ashore in the dinghy, you should feel physically fit enough to get on and off the boat independently.
