Together you set sail and head north. Depending on the wind and weather, Captain Olaf will plan the route with you – possible stages include Helsingør, Anholt, the Swedish coast near Varberg or small harbors along the west coast. Every day brings new impressions, sometimes sporty sailing, sometimes calm gliding along – always accompanied by the wide view over the sea.
On board, you are more than just a guest: if you like, you can actively help with setting the sails, steering or navigating – you don’t need any previous knowledge, everything will be explained to you in peace and quiet. And if you prefer to relax, you’ll always find a quiet spot on deck or in the cozy saloon to read, daydream or enjoy the view.
There is also plenty of culinary variety: you prepare your meals together in the galley – fresh, simple and delicious. Whether it’s breakfast on deck, a hot dinner in the saloon or a coffee in between – eating on board also means community, conversation and real life on board.
In the evening, you will moor in small harbors or perhaps spend a night at anchor – with a view of the sun setting over the water. After an eventful day, you will find restful sleep in your cabin.
On Friday, you arrive in Gothenburg – a lively port city with Nordic charm, maritime history and modern influences. After six days at sea, you will arrive in Sweden’s second largest city feeling fulfilled, relaxed and full of new impressions.
This trip is ideal for anyone who wants to experience sailing intensively – with or without previous experience. You should feel physically fit enough to get into the dinghy, as we occasionally anchor and go ashore. The mix of activity and relaxation makes this week at sea a special experience that will stay with you for a long time.
If you want to get off to a relaxed start, you can come on board from 8 p.m. on Friday evening. The pre-night stay including breakfast costs 65 euros per person and can be booked as an option.
