Imagine this: You sail into the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site on a traditional tall ship. The water slowly recedes – and suddenly you are standing on the seabed. A natural spectacle called falling dry – and you’re right in the middle of it!
On a day trip, you will explore the sandbanks on a guided mudflat hike, barefoot through the mudflats, accompanied by exciting stories about this special ecosystem. Afterwards, enjoy dinner with just 30 centimetres of water under the ship and watch the tide return. If the wind and tide allow, a short sailing trip rounds off the day.
Mudflat hiking and falling dry – an experience that stays with you.
Included services: guided mudflat hike, coffee, tea, snacks, lunch and dinner and final cleaning.
