A few days off, a fresh breeze and the wide open sea in front of you: the Albert Johannes invites you on a special sailing trip around Rügen to Szczecin.
You will be warmly welcomed on board from 10 a.m. on Monday. After you have settled into your bunk and the crew has familiarized you with the ship, it’s time to cast off at around 11:30 a.m.:
“Cast off!” – and the course is clear: pure sailing.
The route leads along the varied coastline of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, past picturesque landscapes, impressive cliffs and quiet bays. Depending on the wind and weather, it goes through the Greifswald Bodden, around Rügen or across Usedom – always with the destination Szczecin in mind.
On board, everyone lends a hand: setting the sails, at the helm or cooking together. Newcomers to sailing are also welcome – you will soon feel how fulfilling it is to be part of the crew.
Depending on the stage, you will spend the evenings in small harbors or at anchor – with good food, nice conversations and the gentle rocking of the ship.
A trip for all those who love sea air and want to experience traditional sailing – far away from everyday life, close to the wind.

Alcoholic drinks are available from the crew at the bar for a fee.
