Take advantage of the long Pentecost weekend for unforgettable days of sailing aboard the impressive three-masted schooner Albert Johannes!

On Friday evening, you’ll board the ship at Rostock’s city harbor, settle into your cozy cabin, and get to know the crew and your fellow sailors. After a brief introduction to the ship, the sails, and seamanship, you’ll set off on Saturday morning: “Cast off!” —the wind will determine the course.

Experience the unique blend of open space, tranquility, and sunshine on the water. Even beginners will quickly get a feel for what it’s like to be carried along by the wind—without a motor, in harmony with the elements.

After an eventful few hours at sea, the cabin ensures a restful night’s sleep—whether securely moored in the harbor or peacefully anchored in a sheltered cove.

Food and drinks are taken care of: During the hands-on meal preparation, everyone cooks, chops, and stirs together—fresh, fun, and with plenty of tips from the galley.

The cruise begins and ends at Rostock City Harbor. Look forward to the wind in your hair, salt on your skin, and a Pentecost weekend full of new experiences, encounters, and the true romance of sailing.
