Experience the Tiessen Race 2026 – an unforgettable weekend trip for sailing enthusiasts and anyone who wants to become one. Popular destinations for the regatta are Kappeln or Eckernförde.
On Friday evening, all sailors meet for a small snack and discuss the strategy for the regatta. On Saturday, the sailing race starts after a delicious breakfast at around 11 am. Together with your ship’s crew, you will face exciting sailing lessons and compete against other traditional sailors.
After an eventful day on the water, the prizes for the fastest boat – the winner of the Tiessen Race 2026 – are presented in the evening. You can end the day on deck in a convivial atmosphere. On Sunday morning, it’s a leisurely trip back to Kiel.
Sailing experience is not required, as the experienced crew will instruct you in all the moves and accompany you throughout the race.
