Built in 1904 as a proud sailing ship, the clipper FRANS HORJUS was converted into a motor freighter in 1950 before its new owner breathed new life into it in 1997 and converted it into a beautiful passenger sailing ship.
Today, the FRANS HORJUS impresses with its modern furnishings. The large day room in particular, with its long table and modern, elongated, open kitchen, invites you to cook and eat together as a group. The kitchen equipment is rounded off with a modern dispensing system and a dishwasher.
Comparably modern and at the same time luxurious sanitary facilities are rarely found on other ships. Its unusually large cabins and the fresh and modern furnishings make the FRANS HORJUS an ideal ship for groups of all kinds, from families and clubs to companies.
Outside, a seating area right by the steering wheel invites you to linger and there is also plenty of space to relax on deck.
