Summer break on the Baltic Sea

Do you dream of experiencing life on board a majestic traditional sailing ship up close? Or are you longing for a break on the water, far away from everyday life? Then come on board the Zephyr and discover the fascination of sailing!

On Saturday evening from 8 pm you will be warmly welcomed by the ship’s crew in Stralsund. After you have settled into your comfortable cabin, you will get to know the ship and your fellow sailors. And soon it’s time to cast off for the first time! – Your sailing adventure begins.

Depending on the wind and weather, the captain chooses a new route every day – creating a successful mix of invigorating sailing days and relaxed stops in picturesque harbor towns. If you want, you can actively help out: setting sails, learning knots, taking the helm – the crew will show you everything you need to know and make you part of the crew in no time at all.

You can spend the nights either safely in the harbor or – particularly atmospheric – at anchor under the stars. Enjoy sociable evenings on board and indulge in the freshly prepared dinner – the perfect moment to reflect on the day’s experiences together.

Cabins with 2 or 4 berths are available for your comfort. You can expect a little more space in the 4-berth cabins, while the 2-berth cabins can also be booked for single travelers in shared occupancy. With a maximum of 16 people on board, the atmosphere always remains informal and personal.

On Tuesday morning, after a last hearty breakfast, you set off for Rostock – your port of destination. Enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your skin and the gentle rocking of the ship one last time. In the afternoon, it’s time to say goodbye – but you’ll take countless new impressions, stories and unforgettable memories of your summer sailing break with you.
