Sail into the Wadden Sea on a traditional tall ship and experience how the water slowly recedes – until you suddenly find yourself standing on the seabed! This spectacular natural phenomenon is called falling dry.
The Wadden Sea has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009 and fascinates visitors with its vastness, magic and unique flora and fauna.
On a day trip, you sail with a skipper and sailors to one of the most beautiful places in the Wadden Sea. There you will go on a guided mudflat hike, barefoot through the mudflats, accompanied by exciting stories and fascinating insights into this special ecosystem.
In the evening, you can enjoy dinner together on board while the water slowly recedes. If the wind and tide allow, a short sailing trip rounds off the experience.
You have to experience this adventure – unforgettable and unique.
Included services: guided mudflat hike, coffee, tea, snacks, lunch and dinner and final cleaning.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from the crew at the bar at fair prices for cash.
